With a focus on flavour and quality, Rocco Sorelle is now celebrating its 100 000th product sale.

Founder Marco Rocco began with an Italian Resturant in Mudjimba, located on the Sunshine Coast Qld. After many requests for gluten free pasta and pizza, and after sampling the products available, Marco could not believe how poor the quality and taste of gluten free options. It was in this Italian restaurant, that Marco trialled and perfected his reciepes that are used today. The restaurant became known for its Gluten Free quality meals and Marco began selling his products from the restaurant. 4 years ago, Marco sold the restaurant to further expand on his gluten free products. Now located in an 100% gluten free factory at Forest Glen, Rocco Sorelle has grown to employ a team of manufacturing specialists, who are dedicated to making gourmet gluten free products.
ABOUT OUR PRODUCT
Rocco Sorelle manufacture a unique pasta product that is 100% Gluten Free. The pasta is fresh, one that actually tastes great and has the same consistency and durability of wheat pasta. The pasta has a refrigerated shelf life of 10 weeks, cooks in only 5 minutes and freezes and defrosts well. The pasta contains no artificial colours, preservatives or flavours.
At present Rocco Sorelle is the only known manufacturer in South East Asia of fresh gluten free pasta including spaghetti, fettuccini, lasagne sheets and gluten free ravioli mechanically made so as to produce volume on demand.
This product is far superior to any other gluten free pasta available on the market today with most people participating in our in store tastings commenting on its great taste and unable to detect any difference between Rocco Sorelle Gluten Free Pasta and wheat pasta
Our 9"gluten free pizza bases made with cottage cheese and garlic taste fantastic, making them our most popular product. Pizza bases are individually vacuum sealed, have a 6 week refrigerated shelf life, can be frozen and thaw well. . Rocco Sorelle also has convenience food, single serves of Beef Lasagne and as well as our ravioli's have a 6 month freezer life.
Our products have got Bar codes and nutritional information panels.
Currently Rocco Sorelle are able to daily manufacture up to 1000kg pasta per, 1600 pizza bases, 1000 kg ravioli, 1400 beef lasagne and will more than increase production if necessary.
Rocco Sorelle is a new company with unique products being "fresh" gluten free pasta and filled ravioli and are constantly developing exciting new gluten free products.

All Rocco Sorelle products are free from artificial preservatives, colouring and flavouring.
All products are 100% gluten free and made in a 100% gluten free factory, so there is no cross-contamination.
Rocco Sorelle experiences a 15 - 20% monthly growth rate with a 100% return customer base.
